Is the ATS score accurate?
We mirror the four-factor model real ATS pipelines use — keyword density with location weighting, strict skill matching, narrative title alignment, and format parseability. It is not 'exactly Workday' because every ATS varies, but it directionally moves recruiter callback rates.
Do you train AI on my resume?
No. Your file is processed per-request and not used for training. Guest scans are discarded after the result is returned.
How is this different from Huntr, Teal, or Resume.io?
