Please read these terms carefully before using JobVouch

Effective date: February 10, 2026

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use JobVouch. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

JobVouch uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate and enhance resume content. AI technology is inherently probabilistic and may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate ("Hallucinations").

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All AI-generated content is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any content before submitting it to a third party (e.g., an employer or recruiter).
  • JobVouch does not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions are free from errors, bias, or fabricated information.
  • Any reliance you place on AI-generated output is strictly at your own risk.

3. No Guarantee of Results

JobVouch is a tool for resume creation, optimization, and tailoring. We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, callback rates, or any specific career outcome. The effectiveness of your resume depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to your qualifications, the job market, and individual employer preferences.

Past performance or success metrics displayed on our platform do not guarantee your future results.

4. User Content & Licensing

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, input, or create using JobVouch ("User Content"), including your resume data, work history, and personal information.

By using the Service, you grant JobVouch a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, revocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of:

  • Providing and operating the Service (e.g., AI analysis, PDF generation).
  • Transmitting your content to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) as necessary to deliver AI-powered features.
  • Improving the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your individual User Content with employers, recruiters, or data brokers.

5. Third-Party Integrations

JobVouch may allow you to import data from third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn PDF exports). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of such data complies with the originating platform's Terms of Service.

JobVouch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Indeed, or any other third-party job platform. We do not scrape or access third-party services on your behalf without your explicit action.

6. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions. Paid plans (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods. Additionally, no refund will be issued if you have tailored one or more resumes after the subscription payment has been processed. By subscribing, you acknowledge that using the AI-powered tailoring feature constitutes meaningful use of the Service.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate mass spam, fraudulent documents, or misleading professional credentials.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, extract data from, or interact with the Service.
  • Share, transfer, or sell your account credentials to another person.
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • JobVouch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
  • JobVouch's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to JobVouch in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using JobVouch, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Is harmful to other users, JobVouch, or third parties.
  • Involves fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@jobvouch.co.

11. General Provisions

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobVouch regarding the Service.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
